Class Booking, Cost & Descriptions:

​Book In Studio or Online (Live Stream)
​Yoga Classes 

1.  Click "Book Now" below to register for classes.
​2.  Purchase a package (new users).  Add package to cart and check out.  (Drop In attendees or current class package holders, go to next step.)
3.  Click "Classes".  Find your class on the calendar.  Select a class "At Business" for in studio class or "Live Stream" for online class. Add class to cart and check out. (this step must be completed to register you for class, completed registrations will see "Successful Checkout".)
​4.  You'll receive confirmation of your booking email with a link to "View My Class" or "Join Live Stream" class.  (If you do not receive this email, you may not be registered.  While logged into Vagaro, click Appointments to see your registered classes).
​5.  For Online "Live Stream" classes only (either from your email link or from Appointments in Vagaro), Log in by clicking link, "Join Live Stream" 15 minutes before class start time.  You'll be placed in the waiting room until the class starts.  Can't find your email?  No problem!  While in the Vagaro App or logged into your Vagaro account, just click on "Appointments".  This will list the classes you are registered for with the link to "Join Live Stream".
​6.  For In Studio classes only, arrive no less than 5 minutes before class start time.  Follow COVID 19 safety procedures listed on our home page.  Bring your own yoga props, a yoga mat, blanket, 2 blocks and a strap.  (New/Used props available for purchase while supplies last)
​7.  Enjoy your class!!

​*PC Users: Vagaro link will launch Zoom.us in your web browser.  You may be prompted to give your name and email to get in. 
​*Tablet/Phone Users​: Please download the Zoom App prior to clicking Join Live Stream.  This link will launch in the Zoom App.
​Please book classes no less than 30 minutes before class starts to allow us to be prepped and ready.  We reserve the right to cancel classes where no one is registered 30 minutes prior to class start time.  
​*Cancellation Policy - All sales final for all online class and package purchases.  Customers can Reschedule their class through Vagaro up to 1 hour before class starts.  No show for prepaid class/appointment, no refund.

Cancellation Policy
​All sales final for all online class and package purchases.  Customers can Reschedule their class up to 1 hour before class starts.  No show for prepaid class/appointment, no refund.

Class Descriptions - (Not All Classes Are Currently Avaliable)
  • Chair Yoga - For individuals who are temporarily unable to get up and down off the floor easily. All stretches and postures are either seated on the chair or standing while using the chair to assist with balance. Class limited to 12 people. Prerequisite: must be able to come down the stairs to the studio.
  • Beginner's Yoga – Learn the fundamentals of yoga. This unique workshop style class focuses on understanding alignment of your body in yoga postures. Each class highlights 2-6 postures with detailed instruction, adjustments, modifications and alignment tips. Learn yoga postures, breathing techniques, balance and build strength & flexibility.  Prerequisite: must be able to get up and down off the floor relatively easily, no major exercise restrictions.
  • Gentle Yoga - Gentle stretching to open tight areas of your body and relieve tension. Yoga props are used as well as Yin yoga techniques and breathing exercises. All levels of ability welcome. Prerequisite: must be able to get up and down off the floor relatively easily.
  • Level 1 Yoga – Developing a yoga practice through a moderate flow of yoga postures. Practice postures (standing, seated and reclined) breathing and balance. This class is open to fit beginners. Must be able to get up and down off the floor relatively easily, no major exercise restrictions
  • Lunch Hour Yoga (LHY) - Fit in your yoga practice when you can, even on your lunch hour! This dynamic 30 minute Vinyasa flow class will energize you to conquer the rest of your day. Previous yoga experience or fit beginners welcome.  Prerequisite: must be able to get up and down off the floor very easily.
  • Vinyasa – This class is a dynamic continuous flow of challenging yet fun yoga postures and sequencing, ideal for the athletic individual or fit beginners. Be ready to sweat in this upbeat faster paced class. For individuals with at least 6 months yoga experience or equivalent understanding of postures and modifications. ​
  • ​Restorative Yoga - Restorative Yoga is a practice of being rather than doing.  Use yoga props to provide a completely supportive environment for total relaxation through deliberate stillness.  This style of yoga can be practiced by anyone, of any skill level.  Explore your breath, how your body feels when you lie down, quiet the gross movements of the body giving entrance to the inner landscape.  This class requires preregistration due to the limited amount of yoga props available.
  • Yoga for Men - Men's ONLY yoga class.  45 minute yoga class to help men gain flexibility, relieve pain, grunt, groan and moan, camaraderie and bonding like only guys can do.  This class prepares men for the guest instructor Tom's PHAT Dad Yoga class.  No previous yoga experience necessary.  All you need is an open mind, a sense of humor and an interest in yoga.
  • Zumba® - A mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.  A total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. 
  • Zumba® Toning - For those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles!  Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.​

Private Yoga Sessions
Private individual or group yoga sessions at the studio or on location. Family reunions, wedding parties, weekend retreats or any event you have. Subject to availability.
Corporate Yoga Sessions
​Health and wellness programs are making their way into the workplace.  Hire a yoga instructor to come to your office weekly/biweekly to offer yoga sessions to your staff.  Subject to availability.

​Decide on the following details for your Private/Corporate Yoga Sessions and contact us for rates & availability.
  • ​Individual or groups – One person for private instruction or groups from 2-50+
  • Length of class - 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hours
  • Location - At the studio or on location (your office, home, cottage, beach, etc.)
  • Time - Select the date and time of day that you want (subject to availability)
Prices vary for group size, class length and location. Call for pricing and availability. Reservations required. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are subject to $25 Cancellation Fee. Some restrictions apply.
